In the unfortunate event you receive a defective product, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacturer the components, therefore we have no control over the defective rate. However, we are here to help and will be happy to assist you with a replacement within the allotted warranty period. Our warranty does not cover misuse of products, which has lead to malfunctioning.

Payments

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time as we will need to verify this manually. This is for your security. Please note that we will only accept credit cards issued by a bank or other financial institution within the U.S., possessions, and Canada with verifiable references. If the bank is unable to provide verification, we will contact you for alternate arrangements. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes.

PayPal: Please note, your order will not be shipped until payment is received and verified from PayPal.com. Please be aware that Paypal payments using E-Check will take 4-5 business days to complete, therefore your pricing and shipment is not guaranteed unless the funds are verified and completed with Paypal. You will be forwarded to PayPal after the checkout process is done to complete payment method using PayPal. REQUIRED STEPS FOR ALL RETURNS

All of our RMA, exchanging, wrong and returning item(s) information are all issued by email not by phone. You must first obtain an RMA number from us by sending an email to Sales@itg-gifts.com. Please include your name, the Order number, item's description, and the reason for the return. We will reply your inquiry shortly with the RMA number and the RMA Request Form. No RMA number will be given by phone. All returns must be sent Prepaid back to our warehouse NOT our Ohio office. ITG INC/ MiGicute.com is not responsible for any unauthorized return merchandise.

Warranties And Return Policies:

  • All of our RMA, exchanging, wrong and returning item(s) information are all issued by email not by phone. (by email please so we can keep records).
  • 30 Days Limited Warranty: Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 30 days limited warranty against manufacturer's defects including bulbs, LED outage, and water leak. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to Damaged Items Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number issued by ITG INC/ MiGicute.com.
  • 20 Days Money Back: It's our goal to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason within 20 days of receiving the item. We will offer refund of the ITEM PRICE ONLY on any unused items. (item must be unopened, and be in their original packaging. no signs of being installed or mounted, used, cut wires or scratches. Must be original Saleable Condition.) Shipping and Handling are not refundable, otherwise a 25% restocking fees will be charged, so please order carefully.
  • We are only responsible for one-way shipping & handling fees for any exchange. In the event of exchanging a defective product, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
  • When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by ITG INC/ MiGicute.com. clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be refused to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
  • Damaged Items: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 7 days upon item receive.
  • Many of our items do not come with installation instructions, professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item is auction " AS IS ", no warranty is expressed.
  • All returns must be sent back at customer's own expense to our warehouse NOT our Ohio office. ITG INC/ MiGicute.com is not responsible for any unauthorized return merchandise.

    EXCHANGES: You MUST return the item(s)  first before replacement part(s) will be sent. TIPS: DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR ORIGINAL PART(S)!

    All returns & exchange must be shipped freight prepaid.

    All products returned to ITG INC/ MiGicar.com must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by ITG INC/ MiGicar.com. The RMA is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Please contact us by email to request an RMA number and return instructions.
